Senior Manager – Private Banking Glasgow

I have been with Adam and Company for 10 years and have been fortunate enough to have worked in a few of the Adam offices. I have spent the last 6 years in the Glasgow office with my current role being Senior Manager of one of the banking teams in Glasgow. This means that I head up a team who look after around 900 client connections.

Previously I worked with one of the High Street banks for 10 years and one of the main reasons I enjoy working with Adam is that we are still able to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service. Clients really appreciate the "Adam" style and that is what differentiates us from the rest of the market. 

One of the main attractions of the role is that no two days are the same. I continue to be actively involved with clients and looking after their requirements. In my current role a main area of focus for me is to seek out and generate new opportunities and business for the Bank. This means meeting lots of new and interesting people.

The team is relatively small and focused and everyone gets on well with one another. When people join Adam both clients and staff they tend to stay with us for a long time and the continuity of staff and clients is a real strength.
