Associate Director - Private Banking

During my time with Adam & Company I have been fortunate enough to have worked in a few of the Adam offices.  In my current role as Associate Director I head up a team who look after around 900 client connections.

What is a typical day like in your office?

One of the main attractions of the role is that no two days are the same.  I continue to be actively involved with clients, meeting their varied requirements.  In my current role, a main area of focus for me is to seek out and generate new opportunities and business for the bank, which involves meeting lots of new and interesting people.

What do you like most about working for Adam & Company?

One of the main reasons I enjoy working with Adam is that we are still able to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service.  Clients really appreciate the "Adam" style and that is what differentiates us from the rest of the market. 

The team is relatively small and focused and everyone gets on well with one another.  When people join Adam, both as clients and staff, they tend to stay with us for a long time; this continuity of staff and clients is a real strength.
