Head of Credit Administration & Documentation

I am Head of Adam & Company’s Credit Administration & Documentation department. Our primary role is to support Adam's relationship managers (RMs) with the preparation of client documentation and perfection of the security associated therewith. My role is to ensure that all this meshes together to provide a top class service to our RMs and ultimately our clients.

What attracted you to Adam & Company?

I sought a new challenge in my career and had the benefit of seeking out the advice of a colleague who had previously moved to Adam. I liked what I heard about the people, the culture and the enduring ethos of client service and working in partnership with our clients. It encouraged me to seek out a position in Adam and has turned out to be the best move of my career.

What do you like most about working for Adam & Company?

I enjoy the variety; here you are kept on your toes in producing bespoke documents in keeping with our clients needs and constantly trying to find solutions to challenges set by our RMs. Demanding yes, but satisfying when you meet expectations. We are a successful company but remain compact enough for you to get to know the clients, even as a support function; and at times to become emotionally and wholly involved in delivering on a deadline.
