What do I do if I can’t find the job that I am looking for?
If you can’t find a particular job that you are looking for, you have two options. You can sign up for our Job Alerts, where you will receive automatic updates of vacancies that match your requirements.
I did not successfully get through the pre-screening questions – why is this?
We have a number of pre-screening questions which you must answer correctly to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements of the role. If you have not been successful in getting through these pre-screening questions, it means that unfortunately you have not met the minimum requirements for the role, and we are unable to progress with your application.
How do I know if my application has been received?
Once you have submitted your application, you will be given a unique reference number – this indicates that we have successfully received your application. You should take a note of this, and use it in all further correspondence.
What happens to my application once it has been submitted?
If you submit an application for a specific role that is advertised, your application will be processed by one of our recruitment managers. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of whether or not you have been successful in progressing to the next phase of the recruitment process. If you are unsuccessful, your application will be retained for 6 months, and may be considered for alternative roles.
If you submit your CV to us, we will consider you for any suitable vacancies that may be available, and will keep your details for 6 months.
How do I keep track of my application?
When you submit your application, you will be given a unique reference number, which you should keep for any future reference. We will contact you once we have considered your application to let you know the outcome. Please note that this may take a couple of weeks from the closing date if the job vacancy.
If you have not been contacted four weeks after the closing date of the job vacancy, you should contact the recruitment manager in the location that you are applying to. Please click here to Contact Us.
If I submit my CV, will it be considered for multiple roles?If you submit your CV, you must select the job role that you are interested in, and the locations that you would like to work in. If we do not have a vacancy that matches your requirements, we will keep your CV on record for 6 months, during which time you may be considered for alternative roles.
How long does the selection process take?
The length of the selection process varies depending on the role that you have applied for. However we aim to keep you updated on the progress of your application at each stage of our selection process and provide you with timescales of how long each stage is expected to take.
If I am not successful in my application for a role, can I apply again for a different role?
Yes, you can apply to us for more than one role. However, if you are not successful in your application, it is a adviseable to understand why you were unsuccessful. This should help you decide whether you may be eligible to apply for alternative roles.
Are there opportunities to undertake work placements in different locations?
Adam & Company operates in a number of different locations and there may be opportunities for you to undertake a placement in a different location. If you are interested in doing this, please discuss this at your interview where you will be given information on whether this is possible in the role that you are applying for.
Are flexible working options offered for all roles?
We recognise that there is no one standard flexible working policy that will suit every individual. As a result we have developed a comprehensive package of flexible working options including part-time working, job sharing, compressed working hours, term time working, home-working, short and long term employment break.
How do I know if I am eligible to work in the country in which I am applying?
If you are unsure whether you have the right to work in the country that you are applying for, please visit the website for your local government office.
If I have worked for Adam & Company before, can I reapply?
Yes. If you have previously worked for Adam & Company, you can still apply for any of our advertised roles.
If you are applying for a specific role, you should ensure that you apply before the closing date specified on the job vacancy. Alternatively you can submit your CV to us at any time.
How can I be notified of new vacancies?
